is a family physician graduated at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1998), PhD studies in Preventive Medicine and Public Health at Alicante University (2004) and Epidemiology (Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul - 2006). Is currently Associate Professor at the Post-Graduate Program in Epidemiology at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where he coordinates the Primary Health Care Research Group. Special interest in the following fields: Family and Community Medicine, Primary Health Care, Epidemiology, Evaluation of Health Services, and Telemedicine and Telehealth.
