Each District Council would be entitled to 2 users. It is connected to the Municipal Secretary of Health, but is independent.
The entities that make up the Council indicate its representatives.
Council members paid does not have dependents. In POA has 40 members.

Martha
Martha is a nurse, works in a mental health service. Presented the quilt and use of poetry to show their feelings in relation to the problems that caused damage to health.
She talks about the feminization of AIDS. She talked about the realization of our vaginas as female territories. She explained in a poem how to use the female condom. Need to think separately about sexuality and reproduction. The pleasure (womb women / women of their own body and pleasure).

Liliana for Argentine Group on PHC strategies in Florencio Varela
The constant and gradual mobilization of many social groups from neighboring countries and within the same province to places where there are still vacant land near large cities, is one of the most important demographic variables in recent decades.
Florencio Varela, being a city that is far about 23 km. In the federal capital of Buenos Aires where there are still uninhabited land, does not escape that reality. But within that process changes have not been considered, until now, the aspects Health-disease-care, which in the experience of San Cayetano is recognized as being central to exemplify and analyze the process of intense social and cultural transformation that transcends the people.
The intention of this work is to leave bare the changes that occur in the overall health and its impact on the indicators, such as knowledge are integrated.
We analyze the process of health in the population of the settlement, based on these ideas, experience, interactions that took place from a few of the team's health and the CAPS management of that area of the secretariat Health, NGOs and the church in the area, which little by little, and with a dignified process of investigating and describing in his work, made light resources, challenges, networks traditional wisdom and beliefs to merge in a system integration and achieve the objectives without conflict, violence and suffering.
